Who is it for? Your level of ability does not matter. I have – and do – coach everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. If you’re looking to compete or not to compete, it doesn’t matter. I am here to help you achieve your goals.

How does it work? First you’ll need to sign up using either of the two options below. I will send out a contact email to you with in 24hrs (Mon-Fri NZST). In this email it will have a questionnaire, contract + some information for you to create your own log in where your training will be viewed and recorded. The contract will have an agreed start date, so make sure to get the questionnaire back to me as soon as you can. On your start day, you will receive another email from me, letting you know your program is online and any other info including the communication guidelines. If you are using an email address that is seperate to your PayPal email address please email me right away to let me know – coaching@brettgibbspowerlifting.com

If the option you want is full? Unfortunately I can only work with a limited number of people to provide the service I want to deliver and a service you would expect. Please use the contact me option to receive an email for when a spot opens.

What do I ask for? A minimum commitment of 8 weeks, along with 4 weeks’ notice to cancel. No long term commitment needed.
