Key things to note in this program 

  • Bar weight is primarily dictated by RPE. 
  • The weekly training is essentially split into two parts. The competition lifts are early in the week, with the secondary exercises in the latter part of the week. 
  • The competition lifts are quite linear in design, while the secondary lifts are not. This creates a non-linear approach when looking at each specific week, which continue to ready you for the coming phases for the competition lifts. 
  • Week 12 is the peak week. You would line up a competition to fall on week 12.
